We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.


Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification

  • Tracking updates may be limited while the package is in transit between countries


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped

  • If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun


Delays & Peak Seasons

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

  • Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds

  • During high-volume periods, such as Black Friday, holiday seasons (December–January), and major promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual due to carrier congestion

  • Customs inspections and international transit may also cause additional delays


Remote & International Locations

Orders shipped to remote or international locations, including but not limited to Mexico, Israel, Dubai, and Puerto Rico, may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing, carrier routing, or limited local courier availability.

These extended delivery times are considered normal and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
